I made an order from srotas.ee in 19/09/2024 aand payd it immediately(before it I asked in chat window that is it sure that spare part is available and got "yes" answer), 24/09/2024 I got email where they sayd that "Unfortunately, the supplier does not currently have the goods you ordered. If you are interested in another option, please contact the consultants on our website - they will help you find a similar option. If you are interested in a refund, please reply to this letter or contact us by e-mail. by mail orders@srotas.net" I asked them for refund and still waiting it, promised payback 14 days but nothing. Each week I get the almost same answers for my emails wher I ask when they refund my money. Typical answers "Hello, Refund will be done as soon as possible" and "Hello Apologies for the delay, we have forwarded it to the accounting department for a double check" ans so from week to week. I want full refund 110€ and whats going with this business is not normal.
