 In the beginning I tried ordering the airconditioning tubes for my car. The order was paid for an amount of USD 280 including the freight charges up to Tahiti, French Polynesia on the SROTAS.FR site. 

Then, I received a mail informing me that I had to pay additional 35 USD in order to ship it by DHL.

Luckily for me I could not pay by wire transfer as the bank address did not corresponds to the bank account number supplied.

As this was not possible, I cancelled my order and asked them to refund me the money.

I received a reply from their orders department informing me that it woould take 15 working days to refund.

After 15 days I sent them a mail asking them as to when I could expect them to pay.

They replied to contact their finance department : finance@srotas.net, which I did. 

I got no answer back from the finance department, only the orders department kept replying that I would be reimbursed as soon as possible.

It is now nearly 30 days that I am waiting to be reimbursed and all I get a reply that I will be refunded as soon as possible.

As my patience is running out, I wish to complain about this company.
