My name is Denys, and I want to claim that Bite employeers are scammers.
This is my situation.

I'm a Ukranian refugee, when I left the country the TV is not the thing that I'd take with me. I'm renting a small flat near the Vilnius, where there wasn't and still there's no TV in my home. When I was creating a contract in Bite branch office on Ozo g. 25 (Akropolis) I wasn't explained that there will be additional charges to the my phone contract. I'm talking about "TV if Filmai". As I explained higher, if I wouldn't have an ability to use that, 
I would not accept this offer. But your employee hasn't informed me and secretly, without my agreement added this feature to my charging plan.

Later, some where in the middle of 2023,  I found out that there are charges for TV for which I pay. I was upset and came to this branch office and asked to turn it off. The employee sured me that the TV charges are off

Now I see that my bill is quite strangly large. When I signed the contract I was assured that my payment will cost around 15 eur. But now, I have to pay 15eur + 11.99 for "TV if Filmas" that I have NEVER used and I WON'T EVER use. When I came to the office (again) the employees explained me that there's no ability to disable this service till next half of year, but if I want to disable I have to pay 90 eur fine. 

So now I'm in interesting position: I have to pay for the service that I didn't want either 72 eur or 90 eur. For the service that was secretly put into my account. 

Then, I wrote to the customer support in early November 2023 and explained this situation. The Bite support has called me and assured that they will disable this feature with out fines. In the start of December I see that "TV if Filmas" is still in my bill. So the Bite lied me again. 

I wrote to support again asking why is it still present in my bill, the support answered me:
You have a contract for YOUR@EMAIL till 2024-08-31 so incase of termination today . Do you still want to terminate this contract?

I strongly insist that these actions were made by your employees secretlyusing that I didn't know the Lithuanian languagescammed me while signing the contract hiding all additional charges and the services that I'd 100% won't use. Then they lied me in the branch office, and then they lied me by phone calling.

And in addition, I have the the same feature turned on for my old mother, I came to the office, the employeer said that he can turn off the feature to my mom, but I still see the bill in her account.
